We process personal data only within the scope of the statutory provisions (GDPR, BDSG). The legal bases are in particular consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Netlify processes data generated when the website is accessed on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Important: The hosting of this website is separate from the processing of phone calls. Section 5 applies to the voice demo on this website. Calls and patient data handled by the NeverMiss phone assistant are processed encrypted and exclusively on servers in the EU, on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with the respective practice. Details can be found on our AI transparency page.
When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used for technical provision and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after no more than 30 days, unless it is exceptionally required for longer to investigate a security incident.
On our home page you can try our voice assistant directly in your browser. The demo starts only when you click the button and your browser grants access to your microphone. Without this step, neither your microphone is activated nor is any voice data processed.
Data processed: your speech during the conversation, the text generated from it, the assistant's replies, and technical connection data for the session including your IP address.
Purpose and legal basis: demonstration of our product. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by starting the demo and granting microphone access. You may end the conversation at any time; your consent then ceases to apply for the future. The number of conversations per visitor is limited.
Recipients: we use the following processors to provide the demo.
Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany – operation of our server in the Nuremberg data centre. No transfer to a third country.
Deepgram, Inc., 548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA – conversion of your speech into text. Processing takes place via the provider's European endpoint. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Audio and transcripts are not stored there.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, Dublin 18, Ireland – generation of the replies and speech output, in data centres in Germany and Sweden. The basis is the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated therein.
Storage period: we store neither an audio recording nor a transcript of demo conversations. Unlike a real call to a practice, we also do not create a conversation summary for demo calls and send no email. Technical session logs are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for secure operation.
Please note: the demo is a demonstration. Please do not share real health data or other sensitive information in it. Appointments you arrange in the demo are not binding appointments with a real practice.
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, practice if applicable, email address, phone number if applicable, and your message) in order to handle your enquiry and arrange a demo. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
How it works: form submissions are technically received by our hosting provider Netlify (see section 3), stored there and forwarded to our mailbox kontakt@nevermisseurope.com. We delete your enquiry no later than six months after it has been fully processed, unless it leads to further cooperation or statutory retention obligations apply.
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally. No connection to Google or other font providers is established when the page loads, and no data is transmitted to third parties in this respect.
This website does not use cookies and does not employ any tracking, analytics or advertising services. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact kontakt@nevermisseurope.com.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
